Part of Wasatch Writers in the Schools’ mission statement is to provide teachers access to a robust library of creative writing resources in order to make creative writing instruction accessible even when there is not a visiting artist in the room.
These lesson plans are open access resources intended to be used by any educators. Please feel free to share and use them. Graduate and undergraduate participants in the Wasatch Writers in the Schools program have created these lessons and have tested them in classrooms. Please feel free to adapt or modify any of the lessons for your own purposes.
We welcome lesson plan submissions from those who are associated with Wasatch Writers in the Schools, the University of Utah, or associations with related goals.
